THE CHALLENGE

Leading artificial intelligence (AI) technologist and public figure, Dr. Taniya Mishra, left her VP role at a major tech company to develop a global, virtual AI program that allowed young people living anywhere in the world to learn the fundamentals of AI. The challenge that SureStart faced was to figure out how to create a new brand and website that would both excite and inspire future students, and engage potential investors, all while remaining high level as the program took shape. 

OUR SOLUTION

Salt + Pep built SureStart a foundation that would allow them to seamlessly grow and adapt. We took SureStart’s existing look and feel and turned it into a bold and eye-catching brand that blended the founder’s love of color with a set of unique visual elements to create something that felt ownable. Based on the company’s core principles of support and leverage, we created the “Helping Hand” brand identifier that could be used in conjunction with the SureStart name, yet would still be recognizable on its own. SureStart’s voice and tone leaned into inspirational language, relying on broader concepts that were engaging for both students and potential investors, while also leaving room for change and growth.
